- Catastrophic illness
- Severe injury
- Death of immediate family member
- Theft or property loss
- Assault/abuse
- Loss of residence
- Fire
- Mass Flood
- Tornado
- Earthquake
- Severe Storm
If you would like to help your fellow associates, follow these simple steps:
- Ask your manager for an Automatic Payroll Deduction form.
- Complete the form including the dollar amount that you would like to contribute each pay period.
- Return the form to your manager.
